I have always enjoying walking in the countryside and by the coastline. I have a superb footpath behind my home. I go my dogs drink it few times a day. I like to go quite quickly and enjoy the fresh air. I should go cycling and swimming more often too.

Hi there. There are days when I walk the beach or make pass the longer route on the land and every other day I workout on a 20 kg hit bag for 35-45 minutes... I sight this an awsome workout and I love it its change state habitual for me there would be no way that I would miss my workout routine walk or cycle...

I don't apply much at all. Maybe the only apply for me to do is the bike-riding on campus from my apartment to my office in less than five minutes. Yea i am able to see your equipments now which you use to apply your hands...... May be you did nto click on the transfer photo the first time...
